d444 is required to apply KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and at other trigger points determined by the operator's compliance obligations. Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by verification requirements, banking hours and payment provider processing cycles. d444 makes no guarantee of specific processing times. In cases where additional documentation is required, the review period may be extended.
d444 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC, or any investigation is pending. Users will be notified of the reason for delay where it is legally permissible to do so.
d444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds and other promotional offers ("Promotions") to eligible users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") that will be published at the time the Promotion is announced.
